By downloading, installing, or using Chaaq ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chaaq provides expense splitting, group expense tracking, and chit fund coordination tools. It is a tracking and coordination tool — it does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Chaaq.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chaaq for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, upload malicious content, or facilitate financial crimes.

5. Financial Disclaimer

Chaaq does not process, hold, or transfer money; provide financial advice; guarantee accuracy of user-entered data; or bear responsibility for disputes between users. Chit fund features are coordination tools — users must ensure compliance with local laws.

6. Subscription & Pricing

All new users receive Pro features free for the first year. After the promotional period, Pro features require an active subscription. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Chaaq name, logo, design, and content are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaaq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime through the App.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
